One summer, a group of friends make a clueless and ill-fated decision to visit the lake where horror author Stephen King lives. As dead bodies begin to mount, the friends must figure out clues and save themselves before their own nightmare is written.
Here is another parody movie, but this time it is dealing with the books and movies from Stephen King. They took the death and murders from the stories and placed them in a "horror" movie. There was nothing really funny about the movie. It was more of a bad B-movie than anything else.
The best part of the movie was the death in it. They were gross and bloody. That made up for the rest of the movie, and made the movie more watchable. Blood and gore will normally keep people watching.
The acting in the movie was pretty bad. Here is another example of a movie that would have been a
better porn movie. The acting was just that bad. If you watch it, just think about that. You have people with good body that cannot really act, porn. I'm just saying. The characters were just like they are in any other horror movie. None of these people would have been friends. Well, maybe in this one, but not all of them would have been that friendly with one another.
I just wonder what Stephen King thought of this movie? I mean the movie was made for the love of his work. There is not a lot of writers that get a movie dedicated to their work. I mean I do not know of any movies like that.
This movie is barely worth watching once. I do not think that it is a rewatcher, but I bet there are some people that will love this movie. Enjoy.
