Recently dumped by his girlfriend, slacker Rell finds some happiness when a cute kitten winds up on his doorstep. After a heartless thief steals the cat, Rell recruits his cousin Clarence to help him retrieve it. They soon learn that a thug named Cheddar has the animal, and he'll only give it back if the two men agree to work for him. Armed with guns and a gangster attitude, it doesn't take long for the hapless duo to land in big trouble.
This movie was about finding and rescuing a kitten from drug dealer. When I heard about this movie and saw the trailer, I did not think much of this movie at all. This was a pretty funny movie. I was really surprised by it. I am not a fan of Key and Peele, but they were both really funny in the movie.
The cast for the movie was not bad at all. They all added to some of the comedy for the movie. Not all of the jokes landed, but when they did they were really funny. The name of the strip club was the best. There are many hidden or hard to find jokes in the movie. They were making fun of black people on both sides on the two different behaviors. That was pretty funny. They are great at making fun of themselves.
This was a surprisingly good movie. It was one of the funniest movies that I have seen from last year. It is well worth watching at least once or twice. Give it a chance. Enjoy.
