Heathers (1988)

Director: Michael Lehmann

Stars: Winona Ryder, Christian Slater, Shannen Doherty, Kim Walker, Patrick Labyorteaux, Glenn Shadix, Lance Fenton

Veronica Sawyer is beginning to tire of her membership in the powerful yet cruel clique of 'Heathers'. When Veronica falls for the mysterious new kid Jason Dean, their dislike for the Heathers quickly escalates into a savage cycle of murder, suicide and Slushies. Now that her teenage angst has a body count, are Veronica and JD headed for the prom...or hell?

This movie is not like any other movie ever made. The true cruelty and meanness that is all through this movie makes this one of the funniest movies that I have seen. I am a big fan of movies like this. These girls are so mean to everyone, and they do not care how other people feel or react. The Heathers have that true bitchiness that is so cool and smooth that you want to be them or at least hang out with them.

This movie is based on the fact that in every single school there was always those four girls that ruled the school. They were the biggest bitches that you have every meet, and they hate you. Most people remember who those girls were in school. It is so popular of click that they made a movie about it.

The cast for this movie was the best. Christian Slater was being molded to be the next Jack Nicholson. He had that whole bad boy image that he and the movies that he was doing created for him. This was the movie that made him a bad boy. Winona Ryder was young and beautiful in this movie. She showed her slick coolness in this movie. They made such a great couple in this movie. The rest of the cast was absolutely amazing as well. I loved them all in this movie. I could go on and on about this movie, but I will not to that to you.

This is one of the most awesome movies to come out of the 80's. This is just my opinion. I have seen this movie over one hundred times. I know the script. That is how much I and several other people I know love this movie. This is a movie to add to a collection. Enjoy.
