Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977)

Director: George Lucas

Stars: Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Peter Cushing, Alec Guinness, Anthony Daniels

The Imperial Forces are under orders from cruel Darth Vader, hold Princess Leia hostage, in their efforts to quell the rebellion against the Galactic Empire. Luke Skywalker and Han Solo, captain of the Millennium Falcon, work together with the companionable droid duo R2-D2 and C-3PO to rescue the beautiful princess, help the Rebel Alliance, and restore freedom and justice to the Galaxy.

This is the most iconic science fiction movie series that has been made to date. There is not a movie series that has made more money that the Star Wars movies. I do not think that there is, but any way. This is the beginning of a great start of a series.

Since this movie has been remastered and cleaned up, it looks so amazing. It looks almost like you have not seen this movie before. It was close to like you were seeing it for the first time. This is the movie that changed the movies. The popularity of this movie set the bar even high for all other movies afterwards.

It was a new cast of young actors that did not really have a name for themselves yet, then by being in this hit movie they all instantly became known for this movie for the rest of their lives. No matter what they do outside of the Star Wars movies, they will never do anything that will be this big and important of a movie.

There is so much and too much that can be said about this movie. I mean, it could never end. There have been so much written and said about this movie that it starts to kill the story. It has been over analyzed to death. It is just a great movie that stands the test the time as the biggest Sci-fi classic.

If for some reason you have not seen this movie, you need to. I actually known someone that just watched this movie for the first time this year. He is the same age as me. I know it is weird, right? This is a great movie, that I never get sick of watching. I love it, and you love it. May the force be with you. Enjoy.
