Radical scientist Victor Frankenstein and his equally brilliant protégé Igor Strausman share a noble vision of aiding humanity through their groundbreaking research into immortality. But Victor's experiments go too far, and his obsession has horrifying consequences. Only Igor can bring his friend back from the brink of madness and save him from his monstrous creation.
This was just more "stream punk" telling of the story of Frankenstein's Monster through the eyes Igor. It made for an interesting story, but the transition from page to film just did not work that well. This was a bit of a boring movie. It looks great. The detail in each scene is flawless along with the back ground images. It all look so great. I just do not know what could have made this movie better. The only thing that I could think of was if they showed the Monster more and did more with that. It seemed like the movie was more about the conversations between Victor and Igor. That does not make for a good movie.
The cast was really good in the movie. There was no problem with that at all. It was just the movie itself that was just a bit boring. The movie is worth watching once, but I do not know about watching it a second time. I do not know if it is worth it. Enjoy.
