New York City is full of lonely hearts seeking the right match, be it a love connection, a hook-up, or something in the middle. And somewhere between the teasing texts and one-night stands, what these unmarrieds all have in common is the need to learn how to be single in a world filled with ever-evolving definitions of love. Sleeping around in the city that never sleeps was never so much fun.
All of the characters in this movie are pretty screwed up when it comes to dating. It made for a very predictable movie though. This movie caught a lot of heat for being a bad movie. I do not think it was bad. It was not the funniest well done movie, but it really have some funny part to it. They just tried to add too much into the movie. It had too many small characters that were working on creating sub plots from the main movie. It was just a bit too much.
That all being said, I did like this movie. I did not have that much of a problem with the movie. Rebel Wilson made this movie happen. She was the star of this movie. If it was not for her, this movie would have flopped. The rest of the cast just did not have enough of a presence to carry the movie on their own. They are still humorous, but just not enough to make it happen.
This is a movie to watch with you girlfriends. This is not a guys movie at all. Guys will run away from it, unless they are gay then they still may watch it. I liked. It is worth watching once. Enjoy.
