Mia Hall thought the hardest decision she would ever face would be whether to pursue her musical dreams at Juilliard or follow a different path to be with the love of her life, Adam. But what should have been a carefree family drive changes everything in an instant, and now her own life hangs in the balance. Caught between life and death for one revealing day, Mia has only one decision left, which will not only decide her future but her ultimate fate.
This is a review on the movie and not the book. I have not read the book, yet. The story is really sad and sweet. The look and feel of the movie was great. The characters seem to really connect to one another. There is a special chemistry that bonds them together.
The main problems that I had with the movie was that it is a bit too slow during some parts of it. It is
like they were trying to desperately draws the audience into the movie. Like they did not have the audience were they wanted them, so they added these scenes making it move slowly. It might have had the opposite effect on many viewers. Lastly, I do not know why Chloë Grace Moretz is even in movies. She is pretty bad in movie. She was not that bad in this movie, but anyone else could have played that part better.
I know there are so many people that will love this movie despite of what I have said about it, and that is perfectly fine. It is worth watching once. I know that this movie will be over watched by many young girls. Enjoy.
