Flush with their revival's success, Kermit the Frog and his friends are approached by Dominic Badguy to go on a world tour. Unknown to them, this is all part of the sinister plan of Constantine, the world's most evil frog, to become the greatest thief of all time. After making sure that Kermit is jailed as himself, Constantine impersonates him to use the Muppets' tour as cover for his scheme. While Sam the Eagle and Inspector Jean Pierre Napoleon investigate, the Muppets find their boss seems strangely changed even as Kermit desperately attempts to escape to stop the impostor. Only when Walter, Fozzie and Animal realize the truth is there a chance to prevent Constantine from pulling off the crime of the century.

This one was not as good as the other one. Not at all. It is still The Muppets, but it was just too much. It was over the top in a bad way. It is still a little weird to me to hear the changes in their voices.  I have been a big fan for a long time. I can get over that. There are still trying to get the newer young including teenagers that did not grow up watching the show on television one a week. It is now something for adults to watch to remember their childhood.

My main problem with this movie was the songs in the movie. They were not good. I'm use to songs in Muppet movie, but these were kid of bad. They just did not stick in your head like most of the others do. The cast was the other problem with this one. I know they have always had cameos in their movies, but this was just too much. I understand the thrill of being in a Muppet movie. Just look at the list above. Most of these people were only in the movie for 10-20 seconds. Was it worth paying those people? I hope for them that some did it for free. Some of the characters and cameos could have been left out, and the movie might have been better.

I'm a big Muppets fan, but this movie was a miss. The story was good. It was just all of the other extras that the movie did not need. This is not a Muppet movie that I would recommend to anyone. It was just a bad movie. I watched it so you don't have to.
