In a rural Appalachian community haunted by the legacy of a Civil War massacre, a rebellious young man struggles to escape the violence that would bind him to the past.
I thought this was going to be a coming out movie. I mean with a title like that. You would think one of the characters is going to be dealing with their sexuality, but not even close. It made for a bad title for the movie.
Now, let's talk about this movie. The story is interesting. It is just too bad that the movie was pretty dull. It just laid there with nothing really to offer, except a little violence and some arguing. The movie was just there. Nothing to really make it stand out.
The acting in the movie was pretty good. The production was great. It had it all. It just was another movie. There were two stories that had nothing to do with one another, but they still tried to force them both together. They failed. This a movie that is worth watching once, but that is it. Enjoy.
