Hellraiser: Revelations (2011)

Director: Víctor García

Stars: Tracey Fairaway, Fred Tatasciore, Nick Eversman

Two young men, Steven Craven and Nico Bradley, who run away from home to Mexico to party for several days until one accidentally kills a prostitute.  While sitting in a bar, the two guys are trying to figure out what to do.  A man approaches them, and he knows what they have done.  He presents the guys with a puzzle box.  They open the box and end up missing.  Their families have learned of their disappearance, the they receive a puzzle box and videotape that the two men made while in Mexico. Their parents open the puzzle box, and now they have to deal with Pinhead and the other Cenobites.

You can tell this movie was rushed.  It was made in three weeks for about $300,000, not a whole lot for a another chapter in a movie series. Doug Bradley refused to come back to play the role of Pinhead.  The reason was he felt the script was not finished, and they were not going to offer him much money for it.  He made the right choice.  This movie was a messed.  It was not interesting, and it played like a found footage movies in parts.  If you can't get Doug Bradley to play the role, then you do not even bother.  Pinhead looked terrible.  Not scary in the least bit.

Do not waste the time to watch this movie.  Wait for the remake that Clive Barker is going to do. That will be the best remake of all of the movie remakes.
